ובנס – נשארתי בחיים.

עברתי שיקום מלא.
ובעשר השנים האחרונות אני אדם אחר: מדריך כושר, ספורטאי סיבולת, סיימתי מרתונים ושלוש תחרויות איש ברזל, סיימתי תואר ראשון במדעי התנהגות, וקבלתי מחיקת כל העבר הפלילי מנשיא המדינה, עבדתי בשיקום ובחינוך עם נוער בסיכון. אני חי, עובד, ותורם לחברה.
דווקא מהמקום הזה אני פונה אליכם היום.
בתקופה האחרונה הבעתי ביקורת עניינית על פעילות של מור שעל ועמותה ״עולם ומלאו״ הפועלת בתחום דרי הרחוב. ביקורת לגיטימית, מתוך ניסיון חיים אמיתי, מתוך רצון לשיח פתוח ושקוף.
אבל במקום דיון – נתקלתי בהתקפות.
איומים משפטיים, תלונות להסרת תכנים, חסימות ברשתות החברתיות, והשמצות פומביות – כולל שקרים מוחלטים עליי באמצעי תקשורת.
אני אדם פרטי, בלי גב כלכלי, שמתמודד מול עמותה עם תקציב של מיליונים ומאות אלפי עוקבים.
והתחושה ברורה: מנסים להפחיד, להשתיק, ולהתיש.
אני מאמין בחופש הביטוי.
אני מאמין שלמי שהיה ברחוב יש זכות – ואפילו חובה – לדבר.
ניסיון להשתיק ולהפחיד אדם משוקם הוא לא רק פגיעה בי, אלא מסר מסוכן לכל מי שניסה לצאת מהרחוב.
אני מבקש את עזרתכם – תמיכה, שיתוף, סיוע משפטי – כדי שאוכל להגן על שמי, ולהמשיך לומר את האמת שלי בלי פחד.

Hello,
My name is Evgeny Tretyakov.
I am a former homeless person, a former hard-drug addict.
I lived on the streets for years—wandering, freezing nights, hunger, violence, dozens of overdoses, hospitalizations, arrests, severe physical injuries. I lost almost everything.
And by a miracle—I stayed alive.
I managed to get clean.
I completed full rehabilitation.
And for the past ten years I have been a different person: a fitness instructor, an endurance athlete, I have completed marathons and three Ironman competitions, earned a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, and received a full expungement of my criminal record from the President of the State. I worked in rehabilitation and education with at-risk youth. I live, work, and contribute to society.
Precisely from this place I am turning to you today.
Recently, I expressed substantive criticism of the activities of Mor Shaal and her organization operating in the field of homelessness. Legitimate criticism—based on real life experience, and out of a desire for open and transparent dialogue.
But instead of discussion, I encountered attacks.
Legal threats, complaints to have content removed, blocks on social networks, and public defamation—including complete lies about me in the media.
I am a private individual, without financial backing, facing an organization with a budget of millions and hundreds of thousands of followers.
And the feeling is clear: they are trying to intimidate, silence, and wear me down.
I believe in freedom of expression.
I believe that those who have lived on the streets have the right—and even the duty—to speak.
An attempt to silence a rehabilitated person is not only an attack on me, but a dangerous message to anyone who has tried to leave the streets.
I am asking for your help—support, sharing, legal assistance—so that I can defend my name and continue to speak my truth without fear.
