Bring Elkana Home
This is my husband — Elkana Bohbot. A loving father, a devoted partner, and a compassionate human being.
On October 7th, 2023, during the brutal Hamas attack at the Nova music festival, Elkana was not trying to escape — he was trying to help the wounded. That’s who he is: selfless and brave. But instead of coming home, he was kidnapped.
Since that day, our lives have been frozen. Our son Reem, who was only five, still asks, “When will Daddy come back?” And I don’t have an answer. All I have is hope — and a voice.
Videos released by Hamas confirm what we feared: Elkana is alive, but he is not well. He has lost a shocking amount of weight. His body is failing — starved, pale, and suffering from breathing issues and skin problems. As an asthmatic, his life is in even greater danger.
He has not seen the sun in over two year.
He has not seen his son smile.
He has not heard his name said with love.
And yet, he begs — not to be forgotten.
As his wife, I’ve been fighting every day to bring him back. But I cannot do this alone. Your support gives us strength, visibility, and hope.
Why We Need Your Support
I have done everything in my power to bring attention to Elkana’s case — speaking out, meeting leaders, organizing events, and building global awareness. But this fight comes with costs — emotional, physical, and financial.
Your donation goes directly toward:
- Media campaigns to keep Elkana’s name in the public eye
- Advocacy work with human rights organizations and diplomats
- Travel and legal expenses as we pursue justice
- Mental health support for me and Reem as we fight through unimaginable pain
Every single contribution matters. Your donation is not just money — it is hope, movement, and momentum.
Your Support Can Bring Him Home
Every shekel, every dollar, every act of kindness fuels this mission. Donations go toward international advocacy, legal outreach, media campaigns, travel, and trauma care for me and our son. You’re not just giving money — you’re giving Elkana a chance to be seen, heard, and brought home.

What You Can Do
We are just one family. But together, with you, we become a voice too strong to ignore.
- Donate to help us continue the fight
- Share Elkana’s story on social media
- Talk to people about him. Say his name. Don’t let him be forgotten
- Reach out if you know someone who can help — a journalist, a leader, an influencer
This isn’t just about politics. This is about a father who needs to come home, a child who needs his dad, and a wife holding on to hope with everything she has left.
Please — stand with us. Help bring Elkana home.
