The autonomy of the family and the relationship between parents and children are a superior sacred value that is currently under attack by the governments world-wide - an attack which seeks to weaken the family unit. Family autonomy and the right of parents to decide what's best for their children is expressed most of all in the parents' authority to decide the education their children will receive.

I am a single mother of two children who chose to home-school them in the years since Covid. The state of Israel decided not to "allow" me to home-school, without justification, and charged me with a criminal offense as if I was a criminal only because I hold different educational world-view.

With the help of attorney Yair Dagan Biran, I stood up in court for my right to choose my children's education and didn't succumb to the pressure and threats by system. We also stood up to the welfare authorities when they were suddenly "awakened" to check if there was some problem with my parenthood only because I insist to exercise my God-given right to choose the right education for my kids.

Due to this experience I was exposed to the threats and pressure that many other parents face from the education and welfare authorities only because of their different choices and world-views.

We started this campaign in order to fund the public and legal activities necessary in order to protect Family Autonomy and the Freedom of Education.
