Let’s support Rina after the Ein Karem fire
On June 9th, during the fire in Ein Karem, Rina’s yurt was completely burnt down. Thankfully, she is safe, but all of her belongings were lost in the fire.
The photo says it all - on the one side, the peaceful home she built close to nature; on the other, what remains now.
Rina’s yurt wasn’t just a place she lived in. It was a space that brought people together. Many of us have shared meaningful moments there: gathering around the bonfire, singing late into the night, creating, laughing and simply enjoying life. It was a place filled with love, friendship, creativity, support and growth.
Her Yurt was a good reflection of who Rina is, an organic farmer and teacher with a devotion to nature and working the soil. She is a strong woman, that did and still does everything with her own two hands through hard labor and dedication. Her life work has created many revolutionary spaces that are inviting and embracing for all.
We’re raising funds to help Rina cover some of the immediate expenses and rebuild herself. Any contribution, big or small, will make a real difference in helping her restart her life elsewhere, and get back to spreading the goodness that she brings to this world.
Let’s remind Rina she’s not alone, she’s surrounded by a circle of people who care deeply for her.
Thank you for being part of this project!
