Millions are yearning for a complete end to the war of extermination and the horrific crisis. Yet not a single day passes without Netanyahu’s ultra-right government threatening to renew the war — shattering the fragile ceasefire. Since it took effect, hundreds have been killed in Gaza, while most crossings remain closed to the entry of food and essential supplies.
The struggle is far from over. Far-right elements in the government are demanding “compensation” for the ceasefire in Gaza — through more military aggression and further settlement expansion in the West Bank. The state budget deficit is paving the way for new austerity measures and wage cuts — all while leaving the profits of the wealthy untouched. The government remains determined to push forward with its “judicial coup” agenda — a power grab trampling on democratic rights — and as long as it clings to power, it will continue to deepen the social crises: from gender-based violence to rampant gun violence, particularly in Palestinian communities.

Over the past two years, Socialist Struggle activists have taken to the streets — in Tel Aviv, Umm al-Fahm, Haifa, Sakhnin, and Jerusalem — and we have no intention of stopping.
The struggle stands at a critical crossroads: elements in the government will continue to look for opportunities to create crises that could collapse the ceasefire. We are organizing to be on the ground — to support and strengthen protests across national communities, and to present an alternative to the nightmare vision of continued siege, occupation, and national oppression — a vision shared not only by Trump but also by the leaders of the capitalist “opposition” in the Knesset. Without a complete end to the war and the occupation, and without genuine reconstruction, dignity, security, and freedom for Gaza, the West Bank, and the Palestinian masses as a whole — there will be no real welfare or security for the Israeli masses either.
There is No Solution Without a Struggle for Fundamental, Socialist Change, Including Ending the Occupation, Reconstruction, and Social Justice. We are determined to continue building this struggle. From our experience, we know that effective organizing requires significant resources and investment: equipment for demonstrations and production of materials, computer and video equipment, logistics, and various digital tools. Alongside our consistent presence in the streets, our limited resources are also invested in maintaining an online presence, operating a socialist news website, and publishing The Struggle newspaper. We refuse to cede any ground — not to the distortions of the establishment media, nor to the government’s incitement.
Socialist Struggle does not accept donations from corporate foundations or wealthy businesspeople — to remain fully independent from their dictates. Our activity is funded solely by solidarity contributions to the movement’s struggle fund, given by ordinary people who identify with and support our message. Your contribution can make a difference.
