I am reaching out to you from a place of deep distress, as my severe medical and mental health conditions have overwhelmed me.

For the past 28 years, I have been living with severe eating disorders that have significantly impacted all aspects of my life. Despite my efforts to maintain a seemingly normal lifestyle, I have never sought help or support from anyone until now.

Over the past six months, my complex medical condition has deteriorated significantly. I have undergone four high-risk surgeries, including two brain catheterizations due to arterial blockage. My last procedure failed due to an arterial rupture, leaving my limbs in a dire state. I am now awaiting a bypass surgery to save my limbs.

Additionally, I was diagnosed with a form of blood cancer (polycythemia vera) following a bone marrow biopsy. I am currently undergoing biological treatment, which has severe side effects, making it impossible for me to function normally. I cannot walk, sit, work, or perform basic daily activities such as bathing or cleaning my home.

I live alone, entirely unsupported, and my only income is a disability allowance, which barely covers my rent and loan payments. I cannot afford food, medications, or utilities. My fridge is empty, and I am in dire need of dental treatments, which I cannot undergo due to my medical condition unless under hospital supervision.

I approached social services about two months ago with tears and pleas, but no one has responded to me so far.

I feel like I have lost all semblance of humanity and am descending into despair. I beg you for assistance—I do not want to give up on my life.
