🧑🏼About me

Hi, I’m Ohad Shapira — an Israeli MSc student and Space Engineering Researcher at Tel Aviv University with a background in algorithm development, system engineering, and social impact. I hold dual BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics, and after a decade in tech, I made the leap into the space industry. Today, I am committed to making space more accessible to future generations (shoutout to my daughter Reah) while developing the Israeli space industry.

🤝Why I Need Your Help

This summer, I’ve been accepted to the prestigious 8-week Space Studies Program by the International Space University (ISU) in Seoul — a rare chance to learn from leading astronauts, engineers, and researchers. I’ve received partial funding, and I’m now seeking support to cover the remaining costs.
