Help Bring the Laughter Back to Nir Oz In the heart of the Negev Desert, the kibbutz of Nir Oz once echoed with the laughter of children — a vibrant, close-knit community full of life, love, and hope. But on October 7th, that peace was shattered. In a single day of horror, 1 in 4 of Nir Oz’s 427 residents were either murdered or taken hostage. Homes were destroyed, families torn apart, and the survivors — many of them children — were forced to flee the community they once called home. Today, many of those taken remain in captivity. Their absence is felt every single day. Yet even in the face of such devastation, the people of Nir Oz refuse to give up. And neither will we. We, the Jewish community and allies in Tucson, stand with Nir Oz. Together, we can help them rebuild — not just their physical homes, but their sense of safety, belonging, and joy. Brick by brick, smile by smile, we can help bring the children home to a place where they can laugh again, play again, and dream again. Because the greatest resistance to hatred is hope — and rebuilding. From the deepest sorrow, we can plant seeds of joy once more. Your generous donations will go directly toward rebuilding essential spaces for children: nurseries, daycares, kindergartens, and youth centers. כספי התרומות שיאספו מיועדים לשלב השיקום והבינוי של קיבוץ ניר עוז וקהילת חבריו ותושביו, לקראת התחדשות היישוב ובנייתו מחדש.

בכספים אלו יעשה שימוש לתהליכי עומק של בינוי, שיקום והרחבת קהילת ניר עוז.

הכסף יוקדש בין היתר לצרכי בניית מבני ציבור, הקמת אתר הנצחה, בניית שכונה תומכת ומוגנת לקשישים שיחזרו לקיבוץ.

כמו כן הקמת מבני חינוך מעולים ומוגנים לאוכלוסיית ילדי ונערי ניר עוז, מרכזי פנאי וספורט.

תשומת לב מיוחדת תנתן למרכזים להתפתחות כלכלית, אישית וקהילתית, שתתפתח במקום ותחזק את המרקם האנושי.

המטרה: תכנון מיטבי של הקיבוץ לרבות חתירה לעצמאות אנרגטית, תשומת לב לבטיחות ובטחון הקהילה במבנים ובדרכים.

הקמת מטה חמ"ל מאובזר ומודרני שישרת את צרכי הקיבוץ.
